• Client and supplier details – Relevant information is collected to enable professional business operations. This information is not shared with any third party unless contracted to work for Blue Diamond
• Email addresses - We collect email addresses from individuals who voluntarily sign up on our website or Mailchimp to receive marketing information and updates from Blue Diamond. This data is held security within our email marketing system - Mailchimp. If someone chooses to unsubscribe, their details are immediately removed and blocked from our account in accordance with Mailchimp’s policy
• Form completion – Information provided through website forms or Microsoft Teams is used to understand preferences and needs. We may invite you to complete surveys for research purposes, although your response is entirely optional

Data used by Blue Diamond is stored in the following systems: Enterprise resource planning system (ERP), Finance management software, Mailchimp, Email software, and Employee payroll system.
