Warranty and Returns Process

Our promise to you - Blue Diamond matting and GRP floor safety products are designed to be used in the most demanding work and leisure environments, putting people's safety and welfare at the heart of everything we do. From heavily trafficked airports, catering kitchens, construction to industrial and engineering facilities, our products have been rigorously tested at independent facilities and certified to the highest standards. In short, when you buy Blue Diamond products you can be confident that they will stand the test of time.

Should the unthinkable happen and our product does not perform under the normal conditions of use due to a manufacturing defect, we guarantee to offer either a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Exceptions apply - Our guarantee does not apply to splicing or seaming of mats or, the use of spike heels or stool legs on laminate top products with foam backing.

Blue Diamond will also not be held liable for damages more than the purchase price of product.

Your responsibility - As the buyer, it is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for the industry and environment being used and accept full liability in connection with such use.

Damaged goods and shortages - All deliveries must be inspected and counted before accepting the shipment. Any damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery note before signing for the delivery and reported to our Customer Care team within three days. Any claims submitted after three days will not be accepted and full payment will be due as invoiced. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or replacements.

Returning goods - You must gain approval prior to returning any products to us; we would hate to turn your delivery away. Once you have approval, all returns must be received within 30 days to our address below:

Standard stock items in new saleable condition will be accepted for return subject to a 20% restocking charge. Custom sizes cut lengths or special ordered products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For accepted returned products, a credit will be issued.

Please make sure any shipments being returned are adequately protected for transportation as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.
