Anti-Slip Flooring for Traffic Management Vehicles
A Traffic Management vehicle manufacturer approached us with a challenge. The harsh conditions their vehicles face in operation were causing the anti-slip flooring and steps to wear out within just 12 months, far shorter than the vehicles' expected lifetime. This frequent replacement was resulting in additional material and labour costs, as well as downtime for their customers, the fleet operators.
We proposed our durable Anti-Slip GRP Flat sheet, designed for high-traffic environments, to ensure it would outlast the vehicle itself. We provided this in sections, cut to specific sizes to suit different truck manufacturers' layouts, making the system quick and easy to install, as well as providing two colours to mark a walkway between the stairwells, ensuring the operators’ safety in low-light conditions.
